SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

FRIESENGUYS currently accepts orders shipping within Malaysia and internationally. Items will ship within 2 business days from purchase.

Orders will ship via Poslaju/EMS or DHL with a direct signature required. An adult must be available at the listed address to sign for the package.

Delivery:

Estimated 3-5 business days of dispatch in Malaysia.

Estimated 5-7 days for international orders subject to customs clearance procedures.

Should there be a problem with your shipping destination, we will contact you directly to discuss your order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

FRIESENGUYS is not responsible for delays in shipping due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.

RETURN POLICY

FRIESENGUYS does not accept returns at this time.

Exchanges will be accepted within 5 business days upon receipt of package.

Exchange inquiries must be emailed to edie(at)friesenguys.com.

Upon approval, an Exchange Authorization # and Return Form will be provided to the customer by email. The EA # must be marked on the outside and the form must be included in the parcel.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned goods to receive store credit.

Goods must be in unused, unaltered and clean condition with any original packaging and tags.

The customer will assume return shipping charges for exchanges. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning for an exchange.

FRIESENGUYS will not be liable for return packages that are lost or stolen.

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted for items purchased from www(dot)friesenguys(dot)com. Goods purchased from outside vendors will not be accepted.
